Winmate R15IE3S-VMC3(HB) 15″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and MIL-STD-810G

A larger in-vehicle screen suits route planning, inspection forms and machine status on mobile plant, but it still has to run from the vehicle supply and talk to the vehicle’s own signals. The R15IE3S-VMC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN VM panel PC for that: a fanless 15 inch computer in an aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a built-in ambient light sensor, aimed at transport, logistics and field operations.

Inside is an Intel Celeron N6211, a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP. One DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, an M.2 2242 B-key SSD gives 128 GB to 512 GB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed, and Wi-Fi with an antenna is optional.

The 15 inch screen is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, and a 1000 nit panel is optional for daylight. Resistive touch or anti-reflective protection glass are options. I/O includes two 2.5GbE ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232 and an optional HDMI 2.0 output, plus a terminal block with either four digital inputs and four outputs or two CANbus channels. The R15IAD3S-VMC3(HB) is the same vehicle mount design with an Intel Core i5-1235U, and the R15IE3S-67C3(HB) is a fully sealed IP67 model with the same processor.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with ignition control and an 84 W AC adapter as options. The R15IE3S-VMC3(HB) is sealed to IP65 at the front, operates from -10 °C to 55 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 for vibration, with Method 516.6 shock testing optional. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke mount optional, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
