Winmate R15IP7T-RKC3 15″ Rack Mount Panel PC with Intel Pentium N4200 and Resistive Touch

Control rooms and test stands that already house equipment in racks can take the operator screen and computer in the same cabinet. The R15IP7T-RKC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch rack mount panel PC: a 15″ XGA display and an Intel Pentium N4200 computer in a metal housing with VESA mounting as standard and an optional 7U rack mount.

The Intel Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake) runs at 1.1 GHz with bursts to 2.5 GHz, a good fit for HMI software, line status displays and data entry. Two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets run dual-channel up to 16 GB, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays that support RAID. The 15″ panel is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options. Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port cover PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.2 is standard for a second screen, with HDMI 1.4 or VGA as options, alongside mic-in, line-out and two speakers. A PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes a fieldbus or I/O card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R15IT7T-RKC3 is the rack mount build with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R15IAD7T-RKC3 takes 12th or 14th Gen Intel Core i3 to i9 processors.

Power is 12 V DC on a four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter and power cord. The fanless metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, which suits indoor cabinets and consoles. The R15IP7T-RKC3 mounts on VESA as standard, with 7U rack mounting as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
