Winmate R17IE3S-SPM169 17″ IP69K Stainless Steel PCAP Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211

A washdown line needs a touch screen that can be hosed with the rest of the machine, not one that has to be covered up first. The R17IE3S-SPM169 is Winmate’s 17 inch stainless steel panel PC built for that job: a SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless housing sealed to full IP69K, a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 and a projected capacitive touch screen, as a standalone model rather than part of a series.

The display is a 17 inch 1280 x 1024 panel with a 5:4 shape, 350 nits and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, with 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. PCAP multi-touch gives a light, quick response, and glove and rain modes keep it usable with wet or gloved hands. Optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz (the N6210 is an option), with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software, recipe screens and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on a single M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof adapter cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional, with antenna covers on the top edge. Within the same stainless range the R19IE3S-SPM169 is the 19 inch IP69K build, and the W22IE3S-SPA369 takes the same sealing to a 21.5 inch full HD screen.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The R17IE3S-SPM169 is fanless, runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 412 x 344 x 61.3 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
