Winmate R19IB3S-67FTP(HB) 19″ Full IP67 Rugged Panel PC with Intel Celeron N2930 and Bonded PCAP Touch

Outdoor and exposed installations need a terminal sealed on every face, readable in daylight and able to start in the cold. The R19IB3S-67FTP(HB) is Winmate’s 19 inch G-WIN full IP67 panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N2930 computer with an optically bonded PCAP touch screen in an aluminium housing sealed to IP67 as a whole unit.

The Intel Celeron N2930 runs at 1.83 GHz with bursts to 2.16 GHz, with one DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM fitted with 4 GB and an 8 GB option. Storage is a 128 GB mSATA SSD with 256 GB and 512 GB options, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied. The 19 inch 1280 x 1024 panel runs at 400 nits with 1000:1 contrast, a 1000 nit high-brightness panel is available for direct sunlight, and the anti-scratch PCAP touch screen is optically bonded for clarity.

Connections are sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector, a waterproof USB Type-A port with cover and an RS-232 port on M12. Front membrane keys handle power, brightness, touch lock and a programmable function. The R19IK3S-67FTP(HB) is the same 19 inch format with an Intel Core i5, and the R15IB3S-67C3(HB) is the 15 inch full IP67 model.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector. The R19IB3S-67FTP(HB) is fanless, operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 70 °C with the intelligent heater, and is shock and vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G, with CE and FCC marks. It measures 474 x 410 x 111 mm, weighs 9.8 kg and fits a 462 x 386 mm panel cut-out or a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount.
