Winmate R19IT3S-67FTP(HB) 19″ Full IP67 Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and Bonded PCAP Touch

Process plants, water treatment sites and outdoor machinery need HMIs that can be rained on, sprayed and covered in dust, yet still give operators a clear, responsive screen. The R19IT3S-67FTP(HB) is Winmate’s 19 inch G-WIN panel PC for those installs, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 in a totally sealed, fanless aluminium housing rated IP67, with a rugged anti-impact front.

The display is a sunlight-viewable 400 nit 1280 x 1024 panel with 1000:1 contrast and 170 by 160 degree viewing angles, with a 1000 nit high-brightness panel as an option. Projected capacitive multi-touch is optically bonded to the panel for clarity, a button switches touch off for cleaning, and the front membrane keys can be locked by software. The 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz, with an i5-1145G7 as an option, and one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and options to 32 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD on an M.2 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe socket, with options to 4 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 or 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 available.

Connections are sealed: 9 to 36 V DC power, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232 port on M12 waterproof connectors, a waterproof USB Type-A connector with cover and a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector, with waterproof cables and caps supplied. LEDs show power, storage, heater, LAN and touch lock status. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R19IK3S-67FTP(HB) is the earlier build of this 19 inch full IP67 design with an Intel Core i5-7300U.

The unit operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 70 °C with the intelligent heater, and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. It measures 474 x 410 x 111 mm, needs a 462 x 386 mm cut-out, weighs 9.8 kg and panel mounts with the clips supplied, or on 100 x 100 mm VESA. It carries CE and FCC marks.
