Winmate R19IT7T-CHM1 19″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 1280 x 1024 Display

Test benches, packing machines and control desks often need the computer and the screen in one metal box that bolts to an arm or bracket, with room to add a card later. The R19IT7T-CHM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch chassis panel PC for this: an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1280 x 1024 screen and a PCIe 4.0 slot in a fanless metal housing with VESA mounting holes.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is available as an option. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB to 2 TB plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5 inch drive. Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 19 inch panel shows 1280 x 1024 at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and touch is chosen at order: resistive touch, or protection glass without touch for display-only use.

The I/O runs along the underside: two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with x4 signal takes an I/O or communications card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes Wi-Fi. The R19IT7T-PMA1 is the panel mount build with a 400 nit panel, and the R19IT7T-PMM1 is the panel mount build with the same 250 nit panel.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The R19IT7T-CHM1 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas and control rooms. It measures 432 x 363 x 70 mm, weighs 7.0 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
