Winmate R19IT7T-POM1 19″ Open Frame Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP Touch

Kiosk and machine builders often want to fit the screen into their own front panel, with a sealed face towards the user and the electronics hidden behind it. The R19IT7T-POM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch open frame panel PC for this: projected capacitive multi-touch on a 1280 x 1024 screen, a front IP65 water and dust rating and an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor in a metal open frame housing.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is offered as an option for remote management. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and one M.2 M-key socket takes a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, up to 4 TB on NVMe, with an optional SATA III drive. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 19 inch panel shows 1280 x 1024 at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles.

On the underside are two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. An optional M.2 E-key slot takes a Wi-Fi module for wireless links. The R19IT7T-PMM1 is the 19 inch panel mount model with resistive touch as an option, and the R17IT7T-POM1 is the 17 inch model in the same PO line.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The R19IT7T-POM1 operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas, retail and public spaces. It measures 456 x 382 x 74 mm and mounts as an open frame in the builder’s panel, or on 75 or 100 mm VESA.
