FCCR19L100-GCM1 Overview
Machine fronts and control desks collect dust and the odd splash, but the rear of the display stays inside the cabinet. The R19L100-GCM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch G-WIN GC monitor, with a front IP65 rating, PCAP multi-touch and a 1280 x 1024 panel for panel or VESA mounting.
The 5:4 SXGA panel runs at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch connects over USB, which suits modern HMI and SCADA screens built for tap and swipe. Winmate tests the GC design to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. The active area measures 376.3 x 301.1 mm.
VGA is the standard input, with HDMI or DVI as options, and a five-key OSD handles set-up. Where the screen faces daylight, the R19L100-GCA3OD uses the same chassis with a 1000 nit panel, and the W07L100-GCT1 brings the GC front IP65 design to a compact 7 inch format.
The plastic bezel and metal back cover measure 445 x 370 x 51 mm, and the monitor fits a 388 x 280 mm cut-out or mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with 24 V DC as an option and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names manufacturing, automation control centres, logistics and transportation as typical uses.
