Winmate R19L300-65M1 19″ IP65 Stainless Steel Monitor with M12 Connectors and Resistive Touch

Food processing and other wet areas often still run HMIs and SCADA pages laid out for a 19 inch 5:4 screen, and the monitor has to take the same washdown as the line. The R19L300-65M1 is Winmate’s 19 inch IP65 stainless steel monitor for that job, with M12 connectors and an SXGA panel, and it connects to a separate PC kept in a dry cabinet.

The 19″ panel shows 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) at 250 nits, with 1000:1 contrast, 16.7 million colours and viewing angles of 170 degrees horizontal and 160 degrees vertical. Resistive touch is an option, as is protection glass without touch, and touch control runs over an optional M12 USB or M12 serial connector. Optical bonding is optional for better readability. A power button, up and down adjust buttons, ESC and OK keys handle the menu, with LEDs for power and status.

The R19L300-65M1 connects to a separate PC or controller over VGA on an M12 connector as standard, with waterproof DVI or HDMI inputs as options, and an external VGA cable with a waterproof connector and waterproof caps for unused ports are supplied. Within the Winmate range the R19IAD3S-65M1 is the panel PC version of this IP65 housing with an Intel Core i5-1235U built in, and the R19L100-SPM169-P1 is the 19″ IP69K stainless steel monitor with PCAP touch and sealed conduit.

Power is 12 V DC through an M12 waterproof connector, and an AC adapter with a waterproof connector and a power cord are supplied. Winmate rates the whole enclosure IP65 against dust and water jets, in SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel with fully sealed connectors and a fanless design. It runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke stand as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks.
