Winmate S101MT 10.1″ Rugged Tablet with Intel Core Ultra 5 125U and Integrated NPU

Some field teams run software that a low-power tablet struggles with: mapping, inspection reporting with photos, or local AI tasks that should not wait on a mobile signal. The S101MT is Winmate’s 10.1″ rugged Windows tablet for that work, with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U, an integrated NPU and an RJ45 Gigabit LAN port in an IP65 housing.

The Core Ultra 5 125U runs from 2.1 GHz with turbo up to 4.3 GHz, and its NPU can take AI inference off the CPU. Memory is 8 GB as standard with 16 GB or 32 GB optional, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB plus a micro SDXC slot. TPM 2.0 and a Kensington lock slot are included, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC installed. The 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 screen gives 800 nits with optical bonding and anti-glare treatment, and its touch works by hand, in rain, with a stylus or with gloves.

Connections are the Gigabit LAN port, one USB 3.0 Type-A port, one USB 3.0 Type-C port with 20 V Power Delivery input and Alt Mode, an optional Micro HDMI output, an audio combo jack and a 19-pin docking connector. An optional expansion connector carries USB 3.0 or UART. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are built in, a nano SIM slot serves optional 4G LTE or 5G, and there are 2MP front and 8MP autofocus rear cameras, with a 1D/2D barcode reader optional. Within the Winmate range the S101EK is the same tablet with an Intel Celeron N6211, and the S101TG uses an Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The S101MT has fan-assisted cooling, is tested to MIL-STD-810H methods for shock, vibration and a 4 ft drop, and operates from -20 °C to 60 °C. Winmate quotes around 10.4 hours from the standard battery and 14.8 from the optional pack, with hot-swap as an option. Power is 19 V DC and an AC adapter is supplied. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch, ready to deploy.
