Winmate W07IAN3S-PPT1 7″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel N150 and PCAP Touch

A small operator panel in a cabinet door often gets splashed or wiped down, so the front seal matters as much as the PC behind it. The W07IAN3S-PPT1 is Winmate’s 7 inch PP Series HMI panel PC: a 7″ 1024 x 600 projected capacitive multi-touch screen with a front IP65 rating, a quad-core Intel Processor N150 and two 2.5GbE ports in a fanless housing with a plastic front bezel and metal back cover. Winmate aims it at machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 has four cores running at up to 3.6 GHz, with Intel Graphics and TPM 2.0 on board, enough for HMI runtimes and kiosk software without a fan. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 16 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard, and a SATA III 2.5″ drive can be fitted as an option where no NVMe SSD is present. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports sit on Intel controllers. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and an HDMI 2.0b output is optional. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs, barcode scanners and serial instruments, two speakers handle alerts, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. LED indicators show power and storage activity.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and a 12 V 50 W AC adapter is supplied. Mounting clips and VESA screws are supplied, with panel mount as standard and VESA mounting as an option. The unit runs from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Within the Winmate range, the W07IE3S-PPT1 is the earlier 7 inch panel mount model with an Intel Celeron N6210, and the W07IAN3S-POT1 is the open frame N150 version for builders who frame it themselves. We supply the W07IAN3S-PPT1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
