Winmate W10IAN3S-GCH2 10.1″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and MIL-STD-810G

Widescreen HMI pages suit trend charts and side menus better than a square screen, and 10.1 inches is a size that fits most machine fronts. The W10IAN3S-GCH2 is Winmate’s 10.1″ G-WIN GC panel PC for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI, with an Intel Processor N150 behind an edge-to-edge 1280 x 800 PCAP display with a front IP65 rating, in a metal housing with an aluminium bezel.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor running at up to 3.6 GHz, which suits HMI runtimes and browser-based dashboards in a fanless design. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 10.1 inch panel shows 1280 x 800 at 350 nits with 800:1 contrast and 170 degree viewing angles under projected capacitive multi-touch.

Connections are two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DP Alt mode up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, an optional HDMI 2.0b output and one RS-232/422/485 port, plus a speaker, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as options. The W10MG3S-GCH2 is the same 10.1 inch GC design with a MediaTek Genio 510 Arm processor, and the W10IAN3S-GSH2 is the fully sealed IP65 GS model with M12 connectors and the same Intel processor.

Power is 12 V DC, and an AC adapter is supplied. The W10IAN3S-GCH2 runs from 0 °C to 50 °C, is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, and mounts on VESA as standard or in a panel with the optional front IP65 panel mount. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
