Winmate W10IAN3S-PPH2 10.1″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Twin Lake N150 and PCAP Touch

A 10.1 inch widescreen gives an operator room for a status bar and large buttons, and fits a cabinet door without much rework. The W10IAN3S-PPH2 is Winmate’s 10.1 inch PP Series HMI panel PC: a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 projected capacitive multi-touch screen with a front IP65 rating, a quad-core Intel Processor N150 and two 2.5GbE ports in a fanless metal housing. Winmate aims it at machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 has four cores running at up to 3.6 GHz, with Intel Graphics and TPM 2.0 on board, enough for HMI runtimes and kiosk software without a fan. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 16 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard, and a SATA III 2.5″ drive can be fitted as an option where no NVMe SSD is present. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports sit on Intel controllers. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and an HDMI 2.0b output is optional. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs, barcode scanners and serial instruments, two speakers handle alerts, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. A brightness knob, power and reset buttons and LED indicators sit on the unit.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and a 12 V 50 W AC adapter is supplied. Mounting clips and VESA screws are supplied, with panel mount as standard and VESA mounting as an option. The unit runs from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Within the Winmate range, the W10IE3S-PPH2 is the earlier 10.1 inch panel mount model with an Intel Celeron N6210, and the W10IAN3S-POA1 is the open frame N150 version with a 700 nit 1920 x 1200 screen. We supply the W10IAN3S-PPH2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
