Winmate W10MG3A-67H2-P(HB) 10.1″ Full IP67 Panel PC with 6-Core MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810G

An HMI that sits outdoors or in a wet process area has to keep water out of every seam, and a low-power Arm processor helps it run cool inside a sealed case. The W10MG3A-67H2-P(HB) is Winmate’s 10.1″ full IP67 panel PC for industrial and outdoor applications, with a MediaTek Genio 510 with two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz behind a 1,000 nit widescreen PCAP display, in a plastic front bezel with an anti-corrosion die-cast aluminium back cover.

The Genio 510 suits Android HMI apps, kiosk interfaces and Qt applications on Linux. Memory is 4 GB of LPDDR4 and storage is 32 GB onboard. Android 13 is the default operating system, with Yocto Linux with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The 10.1 inch panel shows 1280 x 800 at 1,000 nits with 800:1 contrast and 170 degree viewing angles, with the PCAP touch optically bonded to the panel and an optional bonded anti-reflective glass.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, one M12 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports and one M12 connector for RS-232, with waterproof power, USB, serial and LAN cables supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The W07MG3A-67O1-P is the 7 inch IP67 model with the same processor, and the W22MG3S-67B2-P(HB) is the 21.5 inch IP67 model with a Genio 510 for larger screens.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector, with optional ignition on/off control and an optional 120 W AC adapter. The W10MG3A-67H2-P(HB) runs fanless from -10 °C to 55 °C, is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
