Winmate W10MG3S-PCH2AC-POE 10.1″ PCAP Touch Panel PC with 6-Core MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810H

A booking panel on a corridor wall is often seen side-on, so a signal on its edges helps. The W10MG3S-PCH2AC-POE is Winmate’s 10.1 inch S Series panel PC, built on the Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510 with a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 PCAP touch screen, Power over Ethernet input and a front IP65 rating. Winmate names room booking, access control and room information systems for the S Series.

The MediaTek Genio 510 has six cores, two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55, each running at up to 2.0 GHz. That suits a dedicated HMI or Android app running all day on little power, without a fan. Memory is 4 GB of LPDDR4 and storage is 32 GB on board, with a Micro SD card slot for logs, recipes or media. Android 13 is the default OS, and Yocto Linux with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied instead.

One Gigabit LAN port takes PoE as a powered device to IEEE 802.3at (25 W), so one cable from a PoE switch carries data and power. A 12 V DC terminal block input is there as well, and a 9 to 36 V DC input is optional. Two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, a USB-C OTG port, one RS-232/422/485 port and one speaker complete the I/O. Options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 13.56 MHz HF RFID reader, a 2MP front camera and a Micro HDMI output. A built-in RGB LED status light bar on both sides can show availability or status at a distance.

A 12 V 50 W AC adapter is supplied with a terminal block adapter cable and VESA screws. The metal housing mounts in a panel or on a VESA mount, runs from 0 °C to 50 °C, and is shock and vibration tested to MIL-STD-810H Methods 516.8 and 514.8, Procedure I. It carries CE and FCC marks. Within the Winmate range, the W10MG3S-PCH2-POE omits the light bar, and the W10MG3S-EHH2 is the E Series HMI model. We supply the W10MG3S-PCH2AC-POE configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
