Winmate W15IE3S-EHA4 15.6″ PCAP Touch HMI with Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and FHD Display

Operator panels in manufacturing cells, logistics hubs and smart factories usually sit in a cabinet door or machine guard, where the front gets splashed and wiped down. The W15IE3S-EHA4 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch E Series HMI panel PC for those positions, with an Intel Celeron N6211 and a 15.6″ 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 400 nits with 800:1 contrast.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with 4 GB of memory as standard and 8 or 16 GB as options, which typically suits HMI software, a SCADA client or a warehouse terminal application. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard, with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 port, set to RS-232 by default, for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. HDMI 2.0 is optional for a second screen. Within the Winmate range the W15IAN3S-EHA4 keeps this housing with an Intel N150 for a little more processing headroom, and the W15L100-EHA4 is the panel mount touch monitor version for sites that already have a computer.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The fanless metal housing has a front IP65 rating and runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. Panel mounting is standard with mounting clips supplied, and VESA mounting is optional with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks.
