Winmate W15IT7T-CHA2 15.6″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 1366 x 768 Display

Many machines only need a modest widescreen HMI, but still want a proper Core i5, two LAN ports and a slot for an I/O card, all in one unit on a VESA arm. The W15IT7T-CHA2 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch chassis panel PC for this: an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1366 x 768 screen and a PCIe 4.0 slot in a fanless metal housing with VESA mounting holes.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is available as an option. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB to 2 TB plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5 inch drive. Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 15.6 inch panel shows 1366 x 768 at 400 nits with a 500:1 contrast ratio, and touch is chosen at order: resistive touch, or protection glass without touch for display-only use.

The I/O runs along the underside: two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with x4 signal takes an I/O or communications card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes Wi-Fi. The W15IT7T-PMA2 is the panel mount build of the same 15.6 inch computer, and the W18IT7T-CHA2 is the 18.5 inch chassis model with a 450 nit panel.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The W15IT7T-CHA2 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas and control rooms. It measures 398.3 x 254 x 70 mm, weighs 4.3 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
