Winmate W15IT7T-IPA2 15.6″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and Resistive Touch

A panel PC on a production line or kiosk has to take dust and splashes at the front. The W15IT7T-IPA2 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch front IP65 panel PC for that: a fanless metal unit with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 15.6″ 1366 x 768 HD display at 400 nits with 500:1 contrast. Winmate pitches the front IP65 range at factory automation, outdoor kiosks and poolside installations.

The Intel Core i5-1135G7 is a quad-core, eight-thread Tiger Lake processor at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI runtimes and SCADA clients without a fan. Two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB. A 128 GB NVMe SSD is standard, with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III bay. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

One 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port run on Intel controllers. Four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232), DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out complete the set. A PCIe x16 slot with x4 Gen4 signals takes an add-in card, and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth is optional. The W15IT7T-OFA2 is the same 15.6 inch Tiger Lake build as an open frame unit, and the W18IT7T-IPA2 is the 18.5 inch front IP65 model with a 450 nit screen.

The front is rated IP65 against dust and water jets. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or on VESA as an option. Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, and a 12 V 120 W AC adapter is supplied. The fanless metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and works at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W15IT7T-IPA2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
