Winmate W15ITWS-MHA4 15.6″ M Series HMI Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and 9 to 29V DC

Widescreen HMIs on DC-powered machines and panels need a supply input that tolerates a 12 or 24 V system and an enclosure that can be serviced in the field. The W15ITWS-MHA4 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch M series HMI panel PC for that, with a 15.6″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 400 nits and an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, with two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets fitted with 4 GB and options to 32 GB. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, with up to 512 GB, and two removable 2.5″ SSDs are optional in swappable bays, which suits sites that keep a spare drive on the shelf. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Expansion is the point of the M series: a PCIe x16 slot wired with x4 signals, an mPCIe slot, an M.2 2230 E-key slot for optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and the M.2 NVMe slot. Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel I211-AT and I219-LM controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports (RS-232 by default), DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and an audio combo jack. Within the Winmate range the R15ITWS-MHC3 is the 15 inch 4:3 M series model, and the W22ITWS-MHA3 is the 21.5 inch widescreen version.

Power is 9 to 29 V DC on a three-pin terminal block with a protection fuse, and the W15ITWS-MHA4 also comes with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, a power cord and an open wire cable for the terminal block. The fanless, anti-corrosion treated aluminium housing runs from 0 to 50 °C and is rated IP65 at the front. Mounting clips and VESA screws come in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
