Winmate W18IT3S-MLA3FP 18.5″ Defence Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7, MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461

Mission displays showing maps and video benefit from a full HD widescreen, but the console still has to fit a rack and survive vibration. The W18IT3S-MLA3FP is Winmate’s 18.5 inch defence console panel PC for this, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1920 x 1080 FHD screen with projected capacitive multi-touch and a fanless anti-corrosion housing for rack or VESA mounting. Winmate builds it for defence operations, field command and mission-critical mobility.

The 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, with an optional Core i5-1145G7 up to 4.4 GHz. One DDR4 SO-DIMM takes 4 GB to 32 GB, and storage starts at 128 GB and goes up to 2 TB across an M.2 SSD and a 2.5″ drive bay. TPM 2.0 is fitted, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 18.5″ panel shows 1920 x 1080 at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch is standard, with a PCAP screen using ITO film as an option.

Connections are two RJ45 LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and an RS-232/422/485 port on a DB9 connector, with an HDMI 2.0 output as an option. The W18IAD3S-MLA3FP is the same housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5, and the W18IT3S-RKA1 is an 18.5 inch full HD rack mount panel PC with the same Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 100 to 240 V AC as standard, with an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and the power cord uses a MIL-DTL-38999/1 connector. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810H testing for vibration (Method 514.8), humidity (Method 507.6) and transit drop (Method 516.8), plus MIL-STD-461G. The W18IT3S-MLA3FP operates from -20 °C to 60 °C and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested for your console.
