Winmate W22IAD3S-67B2-P(HB) 21.5″ Full IP67 Panel PC with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 and MIL-STD-810G

Outdoor equipment, manufacturing lines and vehicle-mounted consoles often need a screen that copes with rain, spray and dust on every face, not just the front. The W22IAD3S-67B2-P(HB) is Winmate’s 21.5″ full IP67 panel PC for those sites, with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U behind a 1920 x 1080 PCAP display, in a die-cast aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a polyester powder coat.

The Core i5-1235U runs at up to 4.4 GHz, which suits HMI and data collection software. Memory is 8 GB as standard with options of 16 GB or 32 GB, and storage starts at a 128 GB SSD with options up to 4 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 21.5 inch display reaches 1,000 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, with the PCAP touch optically bonded to the panel and an optional bonded anti-reflective glass.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector with an Intel controller, one M12 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports and one M12 connector for RS-232. Waterproof cables for power, USB, serial and LAN are supplied. The W22MG3S-67B2-P(HB) is the same 21.5 inch IP67 design with a MediaTek Genio 510 Arm processor, and the R19IAD3S-67FTP(HB) is the 19 inch IP67 model with the same Core i5-1235U.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector, with optional ignition on/off delay for vehicle use and an optional 100 to 240 V AC adapter. The W22IAD3S-67B2-P(HB) runs fanless from -10 °C to 55 °C, or from -40 °C to 55 °C with the optional intelligent heater, is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
