Winmate W22IT3S-65A3 21.5″ Full IP65 Stainless Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and M12 Connectors

Food processing and chemical plants clean their equipment with water jets and detergents, so a panel PC there needs sealing on every side. The W22IT3S-65A3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch full IP65 stainless steel panel PC for those sites: a fanless stainless housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a 21.5″ 1920 x 1080 full HD display at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast. Resistive touch or anti-reflection protection glass are options, and optical bonding with anti-moisture treatment is also optional.

Inside is an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a quad-core, eight-thread Tiger Lake processor at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, which typically handles HMI and line data screens without a fan. One DDR4 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard, with options of 8, 16 or 32 GB. A 128 GB SSD is standard with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth is optional, running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The connections are sealed for wash-down: one M12 connector carries two USB 2.0 ports, a second M12 connector carries RS-232, and Gigabit LAN uses a waterproof RJ45 connector on an Intel controller. Waterproof external cables and caps are supplied. The W22IT3S-SPA3 is the 21.5 inch stainless model with projected capacitive touch and a SUS 316 housing, and the W22IAD3S-65A3 takes the same full IP65 stainless design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The housing is sealed to IP65 against dust and water jets from any direction. It mounts on VESA as standard, with a yoke mount as an option. Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector is supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 45 °C, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and works at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the W22IT3S-65A3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
