Winmate W24IF7T-CHA2 23.8″ Full HD Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i7-9700TE and PCIe x16

A supervisor watching a whole line from a few metres away needs a large screen, and the software behind it often needs more than an entry-level processor. The W24IF7T-CHA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch full HD chassis panel PC, with a 9th Gen Intel Core i7-9700TE and a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot in a VESA-mount metal housing, offered as a standalone model.

The panel runs at 1920 x 1080 with 250 nits, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles in both directions, so the screen reads well off-axis. Resistive touch or protection glass without touch are options. The Intel Core i7-9700TE runs at up to 3.8 GHz, with the Core i5-9500TE or i3-9100TE as options and a B360 chipset (Q370 with vPro as an option). DDR4-2400 memory starts at 4 GB on one SO-DIMM and reaches 64 GB across two as an option. A 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD is standard, with an M.2 NVMe SSD up to 2 TB and two 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0 and 1 as options, plus TPM 2.0 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04.

Two Gigabit LAN ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port connect the plant floor, with DisplayPort 1.2 for a second screen and HDMI 1.4 as an option. Mic in, line out and two speakers handle alarms, and a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot plus M.2 M-key and E-key slots take expansion cards, NVMe storage and Wi-Fi. The W22IF7T-CHA3 is the 21.5 inch build, and the W18IF7T-CHA2 is the 18.5 inch widescreen version.

Power is 12 V DC on a lockable 4-pin DIN connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The W24IF7T-CHA2 is fan-cooled, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 561 x 328 x 75 mm, weighs 7.4 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
