Winmate W24IT3S-RKS1ML 24″ Rack Mount Defence Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5, MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461

Imagery and map work benefit from the extra vertical space of a 16:10 screen, and many consoles want glass rather than touch as standard. The W24IT3S-RKS1ML is Winmate’s 24 inch defence console panel PC for this, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1920 x 1200 WUXGA screen behind AR protection glass and a fanless anti-corrosion housing for rack or VESA mounting. Winmate builds it for defence operations, field command and mission-critical mobility.

The 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, with an optional Core i5-1145G7 up to 4.4 GHz. One DDR4 SO-DIMM takes 4 GB to 32 GB, and storage starts at 128 GB and goes up to 2 TB across an M.2 SSD and a 2.5″ drive bay. TPM 2.0 is fitted, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 24″ panel shows 1920 x 1200 at 300 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles. AR protection glass is standard, with 5-wire resistive touch, resistive touch with an EMI mesh filter or EMI glass as options.

Connections are two RJ45 LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.0 ports and an RS-232/422/485 port on a DB9 connector, with a second RS-232 port and an HDMI output as options. The W24IAD3S-RKS1ML is the same housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, and the W24L100-RKS1ML is the 24 inch rack mount defence monitor with AR glass for consoles that already have a computer.

Power is 100 to 240 V AC as standard, with an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and the power cord uses a MIL-DTL-38999/1 connector. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810H testing for vibration (Method 514.8), humidity (Method 507.6) and transit drop (Method 516.8), plus MIL-STD-461G. The W24IT3S-RKS1ML operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested for your console.
