Winmate W24IT7T-PMA2 23.8″ Panel Mount Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 250 Nit Display

Large supervisory HMIs built into a console or cabinet front need a full HD screen, a Core i5 behind it and a cut-out mount that keeps the front flush. The W24IT7T-PMA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch panel mount panel PC for this: an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1920 x 1080 screen and a PCIe 4.0 slot in a fanless metal housing that fits a cabinet cut-out.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is available as an option. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB to 4 TB plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5 inch drive. Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 23.8 inch panel shows 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and touch is chosen at order: resistive touch, or protection glass without touch for display-only use.

The I/O runs along the underside: two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with x4 signal takes an I/O or communications card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes Wi-Fi. The W24IT7T-CHA2 is the chassis build of the same 23.8 inch computer, and the W22IT7T-POA2 is the 23.8 inch open frame model with PCAP touch and a front IP65 rating.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The W24IT7T-PMA2 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas and control rooms. It measures 606 x 376 x 76 mm, weighs 8.7 kg and fits a 561 x 328 mm cut-out with the supplied mounting clips, or mounts on 75 or 100 mm VESA or as an open frame.
