Winmate W24IT7T-PPA2 23.8″ Panel Mount HMI with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and PCAP Touch

Large consoles that combine control, video and reporting on one screen tend to need extra I/O as well as a big display. The W24IT7T-PPA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch PP series panel mount HMI for that kind of desk, with a 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 250 nits and 3000:1 contrast, an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a PCIe slot.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB of memory, and a 128 GB NVMe SSD sits in an M.2 2280 M-key slot with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, wired with x4 signals, can take an I/O or fieldbus card where the W24IT7T-PPA2 has to talk to more of the machine. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Connections include one 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0 for a second screen, and mic in and line out. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W24IT3S-PPA2 is the slimmer 23.8 inch PP model with two 2.5GbE ports and no PCIe slot, and the W24IT7T-GCA2 puts this processor in a G-WIN housing tested to MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration methods.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless aluminium housing runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet. Panel mounting with the supplied clips is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W24IT7T-PPA2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
