FCCW24L100-MRA1FP Overview
An ECDIS screen has to switch cleanly between day, dusk and night palettes and stay usable with a bare finger on a moving bridge. The W24L100-MRA1FP is Winmate’s 24 inch ECDIS marine monitor, with PCAP multi-touch, a narrow edge-to-edge bezel and capacitive keys for mode switching.
The 1920 x 1080 panel delivers 300 nits with a 5000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch uses an AR film, with AG film or AR glass as options, and colour calibration for ECDIS compliance is available as an option. Winmate lists DNVGL-CG-0339, IEC 60945 4th edition and IACS E10 among its certifications, alongside CE and FCC, and the datasheet notes that only the 24 V DC input is covered by the DNVGL approval.
Inputs are VGA, DVI-D and HDMI 1.4, with a USB Type-A port and an RS-232 port for remote control. Capacitive front keys cover power, brightness up and down, OSD and the ECDIS key, with Day, Dusk and Night mode indicators. The W24L100-MRA1 is the resistive touch version with composite and S-Video inputs, and the W24L100-MRL1FP moves to a 3840 x 2160 panel with DisplayPort.
Power is a 24 V DC isolated input that accepts 9 to 36 V DC, drawing 45 W typical, with a three-pin terminal block in the kit. The fanless unit measures 595 x 385 x 63.8 mm and fits a 570 x 360 mm panel cut-out, with M6 VESA holes as an alternative. The IP66 front suits console installs, and it operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 5 to 95% humidity. Winmate names marine bridge systems, shipboard automation and offshore operations as target uses.
