Factory dashboards and warehouse terminals get more useful when people can tap through them rather than read a fixed page. The W24L100-POA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch open frame touch monitor with projected capacitive multi-touch fitted as standard, built to sit behind a machine or kiosk bezel. It is a good fit for line-side stations and pick-area terminals.
The 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 178° viewing angles for indoor areas. Projected capacitive multi-touch connects over USB. Winmate names machine HMI dashboards, automation control systems, process monitoring displays, factory information boards and warehouse query terminals as target uses.
Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI and DVI inputs available as options, plus an optional 3.5 mm audio line-in and two optional speakers. A five-key OSD panel sits on the rear, with an optional remote controller listed. The W22L100-POA3 is the 21.5 inch version of this PCAP frame, and the W24L100-OFA2 is the same size without standard touch, with resistive or SAW touch as options.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The fanless unit measures 615 x 385 x 57 mm and mounts into a panel or onto 75 x 75, 100 x 100 and 200 x 100 mm VESA holes. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. The metal frame leaves the front finish to the builder, so the monitor can match an existing machine or kiosk design.
