Winmate W27L100-IPA1 27″ Front IP65 Monitor with FHD LCD and 300 Nits

Line status boards, wall-mounted overviews and large viewing screens in food or process areas need a big picture and a front that can be washed down. The W27L100-IPA1 is Winmate’s 27 inch industrial monitor for that job: an FHD panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 27″ 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 300 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. The panel sits behind a protection glass rather than a touchscreen, so the monitor suits view-only roles where operators read rather than press.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The W27L100-GCA1 is the 27 inch G-WIN monitor with projected capacitive multi-touch, and the W27L100-OFA1 is the 27 inch open frame monitor for builders who supply their own bezel.

The 27 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
