Winmate W32IT3S-PTA3 32″ PCAP Touch Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and FHD Display

On a smart factory line the touch screen is often the only thing an operator handles all day, so a front that wipes clean in one pass helps. The W32IT3S-PTA3 is Winmate’s 32 inch PT series touch panel PC for that kind of station: a 32″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 400 nits and 4000:1 contrast, a true flat edge-to-edge front rated IP65 at the front, and an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 in a fan-cooled housing.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and 8, 16 or 32 GB as options, which usually leaves the W32IT3S-PTA3 room for HMI software, a SCADA client or a production dashboard. A 128 GB NVMe SSD sits on an M.2 2280 M-key slot with options to 2 TB, and an optional SATA III bay takes a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 available; wake on touch needs Windows 11.

Connections are two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.0 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) for a PLC, scanner or serial instrument, and two speakers. An HDMI output is optional, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional too. Within the Winmate range the W22IT3S-PTA3 is the 21.5 inch fanless PT model with this processor, and the W32IT3S-MLA3FP is a 32 inch defence panel PC designed to MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461.

Power is 12 V DC, with a 12 V 120 W AC adapter and a power cord supplied, and a fan cools the housing. The W32IT3S-PTA3 runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -10 to 60 °C and mounts on VESA. The housing is plastic, and the IP65 rating applies at the front, so the rear belongs in a dry area or enclosure. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W32IT3S-PTA3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
