Antaira LMP-0501-V2 5-Port Fast Ethernet Managed Industrial Ethernet Switches with 4x PoE+ (120W), 1x 100FX SC Multi-mode Fibre and Extended Temperature Options

A remote camera, a SCADA outstation or a field controller often needs PoE power on site, a fibre link back to the control room and a ring that recovers quickly if a cable is cut. The Antaira LMP-0501-V2 series covers all three in one DIN-rail unit: Layer 2 managed industrial PoE switches with four PoE+ ports, one 100Base-FX fibre port and ERPS ring redundancy, on a 48 to 55 V DC input.

Every LMP-0501-V2 model has four 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports supporting IEEE 802.3af/at at up to 30 W per port, from a 120 W total PoE budget. The management set covers IEEE 802.1Q VLANs, QoS with 802.1p, CoS/ToS and DSCP, IGMP v1/v2/v3 for up to 1024 groups, LACP, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RMON and Modbus TCP, with static routes and DHCP Option 82 on top of Layer 2 switching. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS recovers a ring in under 50 ms, and STP, RSTP and MSTP are supported. Redundant 48 to 55 V DC inputs on a 6-contact terminal block, a 1 A relay contact, a PoE ping alarm that can power-recycle a port, USB configuration backup and dual image firmware complete the design.

Eight variants cover four fibre options in two temperature grades. Multi-mode SC fibre to 2 km is on the LMP-0501-M-V2 and LMP-0501-M-T-V2, and single-mode SC fibre to 30 km on the LMP-0501-S3-V2 and LMP-0501-S3-T-V2. For ST patching, multi-mode ST is on the LMP-0501-ST-M-V2 and LMP-0501-ST-M-T-V2, and single-mode ST on the LMP-0501-ST-S3-V2 and LMP-0501-ST-S3-T-V2. In each pair the first model is rated -10 °C to 70 °C and the -T build -40 °C to 75 °C. For 12 or 24 V DC cabinet supplies, the LMP-0501-24-V2 series series adds a voltage booster.

Antaira names power and utility, water and wastewater, oil, gas and mining, factory automation, security surveillance and ITS among the applications for the LMP-0501-V2 series. Every model sits in an IP30 metal housing for DIN rail, with optional wall mounting, and is tested for shock, vibration and free fall to IEC 60068-2-27, -2-6 and -2-32. The series carries FCC and CE marks, is RoHS compliant and comes with Antaira’s 5-year warranty.
