The LMP-2602G-SFP-T is the extended temperature build of the Antaira LMP-2602G-SFP series: a 26-port managed rack switch with 24 PoE+ ports on a 720 W budget and two gigabit combo ports, each usable as RJ45 or SFP, rated -40 °C to 75 °C, for unheated equipment rooms.

LMP-2602G-SFP-T Overview

Network racks in outlying buildings and equipment shelters are often unheated, yet a 19-inch rack there may have to power two dozen cameras or devices. The LMP-2602G-SFP-T is the extended temperature model in the Antaira LMP-2602G-SFP series, a 26-port managed industrial PoE+ switch for the rack, rated -40 °C to 75 °C.

Twenty-four 10/100/1000 RJ45 ports support IEEE 802.3at/af PoE+ at up to 30 W per port, and the 720 W budget is enough to run all 24 at full power. Two gigabit combo ports, each usable as RJ45 or SFP, take a copper uplink or a 100/1000 single-mode or multi-mode fibre module. Store-and-forward switching runs on a 52 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC table and 9.6K jumbo frames.

Management is Layer 2: 802.1Q VLANs, 802.1p QoS, IGMP v1/v2, LACP link aggregation, LLDP and 802.1X authentication, with SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RMON and Syslog for monitoring. Ring redundancy uses ITU-T G.8032 ERPS, with STP, RSTP and MSTP also supported. Redundant 48 to 55 V DC inputs land on a removable 8-contact terminal block with slow-blow fuse overload and reverse polarity protection, and a built-in relay output warns of a power failure. The switch draws 21 W itself.

The LMP-2602G-SFP-T runs in an IP40 metal case for a 19-inch rack. Antaira lists FCC, CE and UL 61010-1 approvals and covers it with its 5-year warranty. The LMP-2602G-SFP is the -10 °C to 65 °C model, and the LNP-2602G-SFP-T keeps the same ports unmanaged at this rating. We supply and specify the switch, and can pre-configure IP addressing, VLANs and ring settings on request.
