Rack cabinets in power and utility, transportation and water treatment networks are not always heated, yet they are often where the most copper ports are needed. The LMX-2602G-SFP-T is the extended temperature build of the Antaira LMX-2602G-SFP series: a 26-port managed rackmount industrial switch on an AC supply, rated -40 °C to 75 °C.
Twenty-four 10/100/1000Tx RJ45 ports with auto MDI/MDI-X carry the copper links, and two gigabit combo ports, each usable as RJ45 or SFP, take a 100/1000 transceiver where a run needs fibre. Switching is Layer 2 managed and store-and-forward on a 52 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC table, a 4 Mbit packet buffer and 9.6K jumbo frames. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS v2 restores a broken ring in under 50 ms, with STP, RSTP and MSTP for other layouts, and LACP trunking can bond links for more bandwidth.
The firmware covers VLAN, QoS, IGMP, port lock, RMON, syslog, SNTP, LLDP and Modbus TCP, with 802.1X, SNMP v3, HTTPS, SSH and TLS securing access through the web console, Telnet or CLI. Power comes from a 90 to 264 V AC input on an AC socket, and the LMX-2602G-SFP-T draws up to 24 W at full load. A built-in relay output warns of a power failure, and overload protection uses a slow-blow fuse. We can pre-configure IP addressing, VLANs and ring settings on request.
The LMX-2602G-SFP-T operates from -40 °C to 75 °C and stores from -40 °C to 85 °C, so it suits unheated rack enclosures. It sits in an IP40 metal housing for 19-inch rack mounting, with IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration listed. It carries FCC and CE marks, is RoHS compliant and comes with Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LMX-2602G-SFP is the standard temperature build rated -10 °C to 65 °C, and the LMP-2602G-SFP adds 802.3at PoE+ to the 24 copper ports with a 720 W budget.
