Antaira LMX-2602G-SFP 26-Port Gigabit Managed Rackmount Industrial Switches with 2x SFP and Extended Temperature Options

Some parts of an industrial network need a lot of copper in one place: the head end of a security surveillance system, or a distribution rack that gathers links from across a site. A row of DIN rail switches can do it, but it takes more space, more power wiring and more devices to manage. The Antaira LMX-2602G-SFP series is a family of managed rackmount industrial switches with 26 ports in one unit on an AC supply.

Each LMX-2602G-SFP has 24 10/100/1000Tx RJ45 ports with auto MDI/MDI-X, plus two gigabit combo ports, each usable as RJ45 or SFP, that take 100/1000 transceivers where a run needs fibre. Switching is Layer 2 managed and store-and-forward on a 52 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC table and 9.6K jumbo frames. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS v2 restores a broken ring in under 50 ms, with STP, RSTP and MSTP, and the firmware covers VLAN, QoS, IGMP, LACP, port lock, RMON, LLDP and Modbus TCP, with 802.1X, SNMP v3, HTTPS, SSH and TLS securing access through the web console, Telnet or CLI. NAT and per-port DHCP are also listed among the supported protocols, alongside TFTP, SNTP and syslog.

The series offers two temperature grades. The LMX-2602G-SFP is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 65 °C for heated cabinets and equipment rooms, and the LMX-2602G-SFP-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for unheated rack enclosures. Both run from a 90 to 264 V AC input on an AC socket, draw up to 24 W at full load and carry a built-in relay output that warns of a power failure.

Antaira names power and utility, transportation, water and wastewater treatment, oil and gas and security surveillance as applications for the LMX-2602G-SFP series, particularly where a high density of ports, wide bandwidth and long-distance links are needed. The IP40 metal housing mounts in a 19-inch rack, overload protection uses a slow-blow fuse, and Antaira lists IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration, with storage from -40 °C to 85 °C. FCC and CE marks, RoHS compliance and Antaira’s 5-year warranty apply, and we can pre-configure IP addressing, VLANs and ring settings before delivery.
