Antaira LNP-0500G-bt-24 5-Port Gigabit Unmanaged PoE++ Switches with 4x PoE++ (180W), 12-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature Options

High-power PoE devices are not always installed next to a 48 V supply. Plenty of field cabinets run from 24 V DC, and some from 12 V. The Antaira LNP-0500G-bt-24 series is a five-port Gigabit industrial unmanaged PoE++ switch that accepts anything from 12 to 55 V DC and still delivers IEEE 802.3bt power to four devices, so the supply already in the cabinet can do the job.

Every LNP-0500G-bt-24 shares the same design. Four 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports deliver up to 90 W per port and stay compatible with 802.3af and 802.3at devices, and a fifth 10/100/1000Base-T port carries the uplink. The PoE budget depends on input voltage: Antaira gives 180 W from a 24 to 55 V DC supply and 90 W from 12 V DC, and PoE priority runs from port one down to port four when the budget is reached. A DIP switch turns PoE on or off by port. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 10 Gbps backplane with an 8K MAC address table, a 1 Mbit buffer and 10 KB jumbo frames.

The series comes in two temperature grades. The LNP-0500G-bt-24 is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 65 °C for heated or indoor cabinets. The LNP-0500G-bt-24-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for unheated outdoor enclosures, with the same ports, budget table and approvals. For a fixed 48 V DC cabinet the LNP-0500G-bt series is the matching family, and the LNP-0500G-24 series offers 30 W PoE+ on a 12 to 36 V DC input.

Antaira lists the LNP-0500G-bt-24 series as UL 61010-1 certified, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, and tests it to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration. Redundant inputs arrive on a 6-contact terminal block with reverse polarity and overload current protection, the switch draws 5 W itself, and one relay output rated 24 V DC at 1 A gives a power failure warning. Both models carry Antaira’s 5-year warranty, and Antaira names security surveillance, ITS traffic monitoring, oil and gas, mining, power and utility, water treatment and factory automation as typical applications, which the wide input range carries into 12 and 24 V DC cabinets.
