Antaira LNX-1204G-10G-SFP 12-Port 10G Unmanaged DIN Rail Ethernet Switch with 2x SFP, 2x 10G SFP+ and Extended Temperature

Aggregated device traffic and long trunk links can fill a gigabit uplink, so the step to 10G often comes at the cabinet that aggregates them. The LNX-1204G-10G-SFP is an Antaira industrial gigabit unmanaged Ethernet switch with 10G SFP+ uplinks, built as a single extended temperature model rated -40 °C to 65 °C.

It has eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X, two 1G SFP slots and two 10G SFP+ slots, so a cabinet can take gigabit fibre links from remote enclosures and send a 10G trunk onward. The transceivers chosen set each link’s fibre mode and reach. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 60 Gbps switching fabric, with a 16K MAC address table, an 8 Mbit packet buffer, 9.6 KB jumbo frames and IEEE 802.3x flow control, so every port can run at line rate with no set-up.

Power arrives on 12 to 48 V DC redundant inputs on a removable 6-contact terminal block, and the LNX-1204G-10G-SFP draws 11.3 W. Reverse polarity and overload current protection guard the input, and one relay output rated 24 V DC, 1 A signals a power failure. Antaira names power and utility, water and wastewater treatment, oil, gas and mining, process control automation, security access control and intelligent transportation systems among its applications.

The LNX-1204G-10G-SFP operates from -40 °C to 65 °C, which suits unheated and outdoor cabinets as well as indoor panels. The IP30 metal case mounts on a DIN rail or a wall, with the mounting hardware included. Shock, vibration and free-fall testing follow IEC 60068-2-27, IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-32. Antaira lists UL 61010-1 certification, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, and the switch is covered by Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LNX-1204G-SFP has four 100/1000 SFP slots instead, the LNP-1204G-10G-SFP adds PoE+, and the LNX-1002G-10G-SFP keeps the two 10G slots without the 1G pair.
