ASRock Industrial iBOX-325 Intel Panther Lake Core Ultra 5 325 Fanless Industrial NUC with USB4 and Quad Display

Retail kiosks, digital signage players and automation cells usually want modern I/O, several screens and no fan to maintain. The ASRock Industrial iBOX-325 is the Core Ultra 5 325 model of the iBOX Ultra 300 Series series, a fanless industrial NUC with USB4, quad display output and dual 2.5GbE.

The Core Ultra 5 325 is a Panther Lake-H processor with eight cores (four performance and four low-power efficient) and Intel Graphics (Xe3). Two SO-DIMM sockets take dual-channel DDR5 6400 memory up to 128 GB, with In-Band ECC supported. Windows 11 and Linux are supported, with firmware TPM (Intel PTT) for security and a watchdog timer for unattended operation.

Two M.2 M key sockets carry NVMe storage: a four-lane PCIe Gen5 socket for 2242 or 2280 drives and a four-lane PCIe Gen4 socket for 2242 drives, with Intel VMD RAID 0/1 if you want the pair mirrored. Screens connect through two HDMI 2.1 outputs at up to 8K, DisplayPort 2.1 over USB4/Thunderbolt 4 and DisplayPort 1.4a over a second USB-C port, for four displays in total. Three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and two USB 2.0 ports handle scanners, cameras and peripherals, and an RS-232/422/485 COM port serves serial devices. Networking is two Intel 2.5GbE ports (I226LM and I226V), with a headphone and microphone jack, an M.2 E key socket for an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC through a DC jack, with AT or ATX power-on modes and a 19 V adapter supplied. The fanless NUC is rated from -20 °C to 50 °C with 0.5 to 0.8 m/s airflow, stores from -40 °C to 85 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, with VESA, wall and DIN rail mounting (wall kit included, DIN rail kit by request). We supply the iBOX-325 configured and tested, with memory, NVMe storage, the OS image and any Wi-Fi module fitted. The iBOX-358H moves to a 16-core Core Ultra X7 358H with Arc B390 graphics, and the NUC BOX-325 puts the same processor in a fanned NUC with Wi-Fi 7 fitted.
