ASRock Industrial IMB-1234 Mini-ITX Motherboards with Onboard 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake-P Processors and Quad Display

Signage players, control desks and edge units often need several screens, serial devices and a DC feed on a compact board, without choosing and fitting a desktop processor. The ASRock Industrial IMB-1234 series is built for that brief: a family of Mini-ITX motherboards with an onboard 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake-P processor, powered from 12 to 28 V DC and rated from -20 to 70 °C.

Every IMB-1234 shares the same board. Two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM sockets run in dual channel for up to 64 GB. Intel Iris Xe Graphics drives two HDMI 2.0b outputs and two DisplayPort 1.4a outputs over USB-C at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, plus internal LVDS and eDP 1.4b, with up to four displays at once. Two Intel I225LM controllers give two 2.5GbE ports. The rear carries two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and two USB 2.0 ports, and internal headers add six COM ports (two RS-232/422/485, four RS-232) and 4-in/4-out GPIO. An M.2 M key on PCIe Gen4 x4 and two SATA ports take storage with RAID 0/1, an M.2 B key with SIM takes 4G or 5G and an M.2 E key takes Wi-Fi.

The series offers three processors. The IMB-1234P carries a Core i7-1265UE with two Performance and eight Efficient cores, the most compute in the family, with vPro and AMT on LAN1. The IMB-1234M carries a Core i5-1245UE with the same core layout and the same vPro and AMT support. The IMB-1234V carries a Core i3-1215UE with two Performance and four Efficient cores, the entry build for lighter software, without vPro.

Power is 12 to 28 V DC on a lockable DC jack with AT and ATX modes. The boards operate from -20 to 70 °C and store from -40 to 85 °C at 5 to 90% humidity, with a TPM 2.0 chip, a 256-segment watchdog timer and Realtek ALC897 audio onboard. Each measures 170 x 170 mm on the Mini-ITX footprint, so it fits standard Mini-ITX enclosures and mounting points. The series suits DC-fed signage, control and gateway builds where several screens and serial ports matter.
