MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S Overview
Surveillance and ISR systems increasingly run several models on every camera feed, which puts memory under as much pressure as compute. The MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S is a tactical computer in the Forecr MILBOX-AGX-SDI series built on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module, the build that carries the range rating of up to 275 TOPS.
With 64GB of 256-bit LPDDR5x memory, the AGX Orin 64GB can hold detection, tracking and classification models side by side across all four SDI feeds. Those inputs arrive on BNC connectors and go straight to the module, so analytics and recording happen on one computer. Forecr also builds the same four rear coax positions with 4x GMSL2 camera inputs, 4x analog video or 2x HD-SDI with 2x analog in place of the four SDI inputs. Software support covers Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04 with JetPack 5.x or 6.x, and the standard module is rated from -25°C to +70°C ambient.
For the rest of the system, the MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports, one USB 3.1 port, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB 2.0 serial console, two CAN bus ports, four RS-232 ports and four RS-422 ports, plus one HDMI output for a local display. Storage uses 64GB of eMMC 5.1 flash and an SD card slot, with the single M.2 Key-M 2280 socket listed as occupied on the datasheet. Power comes from a 12-36 VDC input with a 28 VDC nominal rating, which suits the supplies found on military vehicles and aircraft.
Forecr designed the MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S enclosure to meet MIL-STD-1275/704, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and IP67, and lists defence, aerospace, marine and transportation as target sectors. The 30 x 24 x 10 cm, 5.3 kg tactical computer fits vehicle and vessel equipment bays. For operation down to -40°C, the MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64I swaps in the AGX Orin Industrial module.

Official Forecr UK Distributor
Things Embedded is an official Forecr UK distributor, and the MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S is the 64GB standard build of Forecr's SDI tactical computer, carrying the module behind the 275 TOPS rating. The MILBOX-AGX offers AGX Orin in a rugged enclosure without SDI capture, for systems whose sensors connect over Ethernet. The MILBOX-ORNX shrinks the format to Orin NX and Orin Nano for drones and small vehicles where weight matters most, and the MILBOX-THR steps up to Jetson AGX Thor for the heaviest AI workloads in the military line.
Across categories, the MILBOX-AGX-SDI-64S is listed with our mission computers for defence and security programmes that need sealed hardware, and with other Jetson AGX Orin computers for buyers who start from the NVIDIA module and then choose an enclosure. Its sealed design, CAN bus ports and wide 12-36 VDC input also place it among our in-vehicle computers for patrol, armoured and support vehicles that carry SDI cameras. Its four SDI inputs also suit vessels and aircraft that already carry SDI cameras for surveillance and recording.
