Giada DK310-J6412 Intel Celeron J6412 Digital Signage Box with Dual 4K Display Support

Menu boards, retail promotions and wayfinding screens rarely need much processing, but they do need to play 4K content reliably every day. The Giada DK310-J6412 is a digital signage box in the DK310 series built for that job, using the Intel Celeron J6412 from the Elkhart Lake family.

The Celeron J6412 has four cores and four threads at 10 W TDP, with Intel UHD Graphics for 4K playback. Memory is 4 GB of onboard LPDDR4-2666, with 8 GB offered as an option, so there are no modules to work loose. Storage uses a full-size Mini-PCIe socket for an mSATA drive, and onboard eMMC 5.1 is optional. The DK310-J6426 uses the Pentium J6426 with the same four-core, 10 W design.

Displays connect through one HDMI and one DisplayPort, each up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, so the DK310-J6412 can drive two screens independently. There are four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports at 10 Gbps, a DB9 RS232 port for screen or controller links, a headset jack and a Realtek gigabit Ethernet port. An M.2 E-Key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6 card with two antenna positions, and TPM is optional. Watchdog, auto power on and a real-time clock help unattended players recover and keep schedules.

The unit is fan cooled, runs from a 19 V DC input and is rated from 0 °C to 45 °C at up to 95% humidity, non-condensing, with CE, FCC Class B and UKCA marks. A VESA kit is optional for mounting behind a screen. For more processing in a similar form, the DK320 adds Wildcat Lake processors and 2.5GbE.
