Neousys Nuvo-11531/11588 Intel Core Ultra 200S Industrial Mini PCs for Edge AI

Robot cells, AMRs and roadside cabinets share one constraint: the computer has to fit where the space is, not where it would be convenient. The Neousys NUVO-11531/11588 series answers that with industrial mini PCs that put Intel Core Ultra 200S processors into a 212 x 165 x 63 mm enclosure weighing 2.2 kg. With the NPU and integrated graphics together delivering up to 36 TOPS, the NUVO-11531/11588 can add AI inspection to existing rule-based vision without a separate accelerator.

Both models take Core Ultra 9 285, Core Ultra 7 265 and Core Ultra 5 245 processors at 35W or 65W on the LGA1851 socket, with up to 64 GB of DDR5-6400 in one SODIMM slot. Storage is split between an internal M.2 2280 Gen4 x4 NVMe socket for the OS and a front swappable 2.5″ SSD tray for logged data. Sensor connections are the focus of the panel: four Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with screw-lock, four screw-lock USB 3.2 Gen1 ports for cameras or LiDAR, two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and DisplayPort at 4K, four COM ports and isolated DIO. Inside, two full-size mini-PCIe sockets with SIM slots and an M.2 E key socket cover 5G or 4G, CAN, COM, extra LAN and Wi-Fi.

The two models differ in chipset, PoE and expansion. The NUVO-11531 uses the Intel H810 chipset with 4-channel isolated DI and DO, and offers 802.3at PoE+ on all four 2.5GbE ports as an option with a 100 W budget. The NUVO-11588 moves to the Q870 chipset, makes PoE+ standard, doubles the isolated DIO to eight inputs and eight outputs, and adds a SlimSAS 8i connector carrying PCIe Gen4 x8 for external NVMe or U.2 storage, industrial PCIe cameras or a GPU.

Typical installs include robot arms and AMRs that run from batteries, vision stations beside a conveyor, and smart-city cabinets at the roadside. An 8 to 48V DC input with optional ignition control suits battery and vehicle power, though PoE+ use needs 12 to 48V. The NUVO-11531/11588 series runs fanless from -25°C to 60°C with 35W CPUs, an optional fan kit is recommended above 50°C with 65W CPUs, and MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock testing, CE/FCC Class A and wall or DIN-rail mounting round out the industrial mini PC specification.
