Neousys Nuvo-11160GC Intel Core Ultra 200S Compact Rugged Edge AI Computer with NVIDIA RTX GPU

AI vision and mobile robots often need a discrete GPU, but the computer still has to fit a small cabinet or robot chassis and survive outdoor temperatures. The NUVO-11160GC is a rugged edge AI computer from Neousys that fits an NVIDIA RTX GPU up to 150W, including Blackwell cards, beside Intel Core Ultra 200S processors in a 240 x 225 x 111 mm enclosure.

The NUVO-11160GC takes Core Ultra 9 285, Core Ultra 7 265 or Core Ultra 5 245 processors and their T versions at 35W or 65W on the Intel Q870E chipset, with up to 128 GB of DDR5-6400 in two SODIMM slots, vPro with AMT 16.0 and dTPM 2.0. The integrated NPU handles light inference, while the GPU sits in a PCIe x16 Gen4 slot inside the expansion Cassette, which takes a dual-slot card up to 178 x 128 mm and has an upgraded GPU cooling fan. Neousys rates the Core Ultra 200S at 1.2 times the previous generation CPU performance at 80% of the power.

Networking is five Intel I226-IT 2.5GbE ports and one I219-LM GbE port with screw-lock, with optional 802.3at PoE+ on ports 3 to 6 and a 100 W budget, and an optional 10GBASE-T port. Eight USB 3.2 Gen2 ports suit multi-camera USB3 setups, and HDMI plus two DisplayPort outputs, four COM ports, 4-channel isolated DI and DO and audio complete the panel. Storage is an M.2 2280 Gen5 x4 NVMe socket plus two internal 2.5″ SATA bays with RAID 0 or 1, and two mini-PCIe sockets and a MezIO port add 4G or 5G, extra USB, LAN or DIO.

Power is 8 to 48V DC through a 3-pin terminal block rated at 20A, which suits battery-powered robots. The NUVO-11160GC runs from -25°C to 60°C with a 35W CPU and a 150W GPU, or to 50°C with a 65W CPU at full TDP, and is tested to MIL-STD-810H with the optional damping bracket. It weighs 3.89 kg and wall-mounts as standard.
