The Neousys Nuvo-7501 series is a family of small fanless embedded computers on Intel 9th and 8th Gen Core i7, i5 and i3 processors, with two GbE ports, four USB 3.1 ports, VGA and DVI-D outputs and a bay for a 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drive. The Nuvo-7501 has four COM ports; the Nuvo-7505D has six, four of them isolated, plus 8-channel isolated DIO.
- Intel 9th and 8th Gen Core i7/i5/i3: An LGA1151 socket for 35 W or 65 W Core processors, with up to 32 GB DDR4-2666.
- Four or Six COM Ports: Four COM ports on the Nuvo-7501, or six on the Nuvo-7505D with four of them isolated.
- 8-Channel Isolated DIO: Eight isolated inputs and eight isolated outputs on the Nuvo-7505D for sensors, alarms and relays.
- 3.5-Inch Drive Bay: An internal SATA bay for a 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drive, plus an M.2 2280 SATA SSD.
- Dual GbE and LTE Ready: Two GbE ports, four USB 3.1 ports, mini PCIe and an M.2 LTE socket with an internal SIM socket.

Nuvo-7501 Description
Machine controllers and line computers often need a full Core processor socket, a hard drive for logs or recipes, and a bank of serial ports, but not the size or the expansion of a cassette computer. The Neousys Nuvo-7501 series is a small fanless embedded computer for that job, on an LGA1151 socket for Intel 9th or 8th Gen Core i7, i5 or i3 processors, with every connector on the front and rear panels. It suits builders who need to keep a validated 9th or 8th Gen software image, drivers and certifications in service, while still getting a fanless, wide temperature unit with long-term support from Neousys.
Supported processors run from the Core i7-9700E and i7-8700 to the i3-9100TE and i3-8100T. Neousys sets 65 W parts to run in 35 W mode by default for thermal headroom. The H310 chipset takes one DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM of up to 32 GB, and fTPM 2.0 is supported. Intel UHD Graphics 630 drive VGA and DVI-D outputs. Storage is an internal SATA bay for a 3.5-inch hard drive or a 2.5-inch drive, plus an M.2 2280 SATA SSD.
There are two versions. The Nuvo-7501 has two RS-232/422/485 ports and two RS-232 ports on DB9. The Nuvo-7505D isolates them, giving two isolated RS-232/422/485 ports and two isolated RS-232 ports, adds two more RS-232 ports on the rear panel, and adds eight isolated digital inputs and eight isolated digital outputs for sensors, alarms and relays. Both versions use the same chassis and software, so a project can move between them as its I/O needs change.
Both share two GbE ports by Intel I219 and I210 controllers, four USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a mic-in and speaker-out jack, a full-size mini PCIe socket and an M.2 B key socket with an internal SIM socket for LTE. Power is 8 to 35 V DC on a terminal block, with a header for a remote power switch and status LED. The series runs fanless from -25 °C to 60 °C, meets MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A. Wall mounting is standard and DIN rail mounting is optional.
