Premio ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 Intel Core i9-10900TE In-Vehicle Computer System with 4x M12 GbE LAN

RJ45 plugs are fine in a cabinet, but on a bogie-mounted camera run or a vibrating chassis they can work loose over months of service. The ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 is the Intel Core i9-10900TE in-vehicle computer system with 4x M12 GbE LAN in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, and its M12 connectors screw home instead. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. The Core i9-10900TE named in the ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 title is a 35 W, 10-core part that keeps thermal load down in a sealed cab.

One Universal I/O bracket on the ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 carries a four-port Intel I350 GbE module with M12 connectors, alongside the two onboard RJ45 GbE ports, leaving the second bracket free. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For eight M12 ports, the ACO-6000-CML-8LM12 fills both brackets, and the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 adds PoE to four M12 ports.
