Premio ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 Intel Core i7-10700E In-Vehicle Computer System with 8x M12 PoE GbE

Rail carriages and heavy vehicles need many cameras and cannot afford connectors that loosen with vibration. The ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 is the Intel Core i7-10700E in-vehicle computer system with 8x M12 PoE GbE in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, combining both on one computer. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. The ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 title names the Core i7-10700E, an eight-core 65 W part, and Premio rates 65 W processors to 70 °C in this design.

Both Universal I/O brackets on the ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 carry four-port Intel I350 PoE modules with M12 connectors and up to 25.5 W per port, with the two onboard RJ45 GbE ports kept for the uplink. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For data-only M12 ports, the ACO-6000-CML-8LM12 drops the PoE, and the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 carries four M12 PoE ports.
