Premio BCO-1000-EHL-20C Elkhart Lake Celeron J6413 Compact DIN Rail Industrial PC with 3x DisplayPort and Isolated DIO

An operator station often needs more than two screens, a few serial instruments and some local inputs and outputs for lamps, buttons and interlocks. The BCO-1000-EHL-20C is the Elkhart Lake Celeron J6413 compact DIN rail industrial PC with 3x DisplayPort and isolated DIO in the Premio BCO-1000-EHL-20 series, and it covers that list in one small enclosure.

Under the BCO-1000-EHL-20C sits the quad-core Intel Celeron J6413, an Elkhart Lake processor running at 1.8 GHz with up to 10 W TDP, paired with one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB at up to 3200 MT/s. That is enough for HMI software, protocol conversion, data logging and light video, and the low power keeps the fanless enclosure cool. Intel UHD Graphics drives the DisplayPort outputs at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, and TPM 2.0 is fitted for secure boot and disk encryption.

Both Universal I/O slots on the BCO-1000-EHL-20C are filled: one carries a DisplayPort output with 4 in/4 out isolated DIO, and the other a two-port COM module. That gives three DisplayPort outputs, four RS-232/422/485 ports and isolated digital I/O, alongside one 2.5GbE and one GbE port, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, two internal CAN 2.0 A/B headers, a 2.5 inch bay, mSATA and an M.2 B-key slot for 4G/LTE.

Power comes in at 9 to 36 V DC on a 3-pin terminal block, with optional power ignition management and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the BCO-1000-EHL-20C from 0 °C to 50 °C, lists UL 62368-1, CE and FCC Class A, and designs it to comply with MIL-STD-810G for shock and vibration. The 142 x 101.2 x 58 mm enclosure wall mounts as standard, with an optional DIN rail kit. For panels that need serial ports rather than displays, the BCO-1000-EHL-20D fills both slots with COM modules for six ports in total.
