Premio WCO-3000-EHL Intel Atom x6425E Hailo-8 Waterproof Computers with IP68/IP69K M12 I/O

Washdown areas, quaysides and open machinery are hard on electronics: high-pressure water, dust and wide temperature swings soon find their way past an ordinary enclosure. The Premio WCO-3000-EHL series is built for those places, with waterproof computers sealed to IP68 and IP69K so they can be hosed down or exposed to weather without a separate cabinet, while still offering an M.2 slot for a Hailo-8 AI module.

Every WCO-3000-EHL model uses the Intel Atom x6425E, a quad-core Elkhart Lake processor at 2.0 GHz with a 12 W TDP, and one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB. All external I/O uses sealed connectors: one 2.5GbE port on the Intel I225 and one GbE port on the Intel I210 on M12 X-coded connectors, one RS-232/422/485 port on M12 A-coded, two waterproof USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and a waterproof DisplayPort 1.4 output, with HDMI as an option. Inside are a 2.5 inch SATA bay, mSATA, a Mini PCIe slot, two SIM sockets and an M.2 B-key slot that takes a 4G or 5G modem or a Hailo-8 module rated at 26 TOPS and 2.5 W. Two CAN 2.0 A/B headers and TPM 2.0 are fitted, and two M12 cover plates allow further I/O.

The two models differ in power input. The WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E runs from 9 to 36 V DC through an M12 S-coded connector and can also take an optional two-port PoE configuration. The WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E-110V takes 48 to 110 V DC instead, which suits rail vehicles, forklifts and plant that run from higher-voltage DC systems, and removes the need for a separate converter in front of the computer.

Typical WCO-3000-EHL deployments include food and beverage washdown lines, outdoor ticketing and EV charging kiosks, port and rail equipment, and vision on agricultural machinery. Premio rates the series from -40 °C to 60 °C, lists IP68, IP69K, CE and FCC Class A, and designs it to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration. Power ignition management is available as an option, and the 231 x 292 x 57 mm enclosure wall mounts, so these waterproof computers can sit directly on a machine frame or post.
