Rail vehicles, forklifts and heavy plant often run from 48 V, 72 V or 110 V DC, and adding a converter in front of a 12 V computer is one more box to seal. The WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E-110V is the Intel Atom x6425E Hailo-8 extended temperature waterproof computer with 48-110 V DC input in the Premio WCO-3000-EHL series, taking that supply directly.

Under the WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E-110V sits the Intel Atom x6425E, a quad-core Elkhart Lake processor at 2.0 GHz with a 12 W TDP, and one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB. On its own that suits HMI, data collection and protocol work, and the M.2 B-key slot can take a Hailo-8 module rated at 26 TOPS and 2.5 W for camera inference, or a 4G/5G modem where cellular matters more.

All external I/O on the WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E-110V uses sealed connectors: one 2.5GbE and one GbE port on M12 X-coded, one RS-232/422/485 port on M12 A-coded, two waterproof USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and a waterproof DisplayPort 1.4 output. Inside are a 2.5 inch SATA bay, mSATA, a Mini PCIe slot, two SIM sockets, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers and TPM 2.0. Power comes in at 48 to 110 V DC, with optional ignition management and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio lists HDMI as an option for this version, while the PoE configuration is offered on the 9 to 36 V DC model only.

Premio rates the WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E-110V from -40 °C to 60 °C, lists IP68, IP69K, CE and FCC Class A, and designs it to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration. The 231 x 292 x 57 mm enclosure wall mounts directly on a frame or post. For 12 V or 24 V supplies, the WCO-3000-EHL-x6425E carries the same sealed design with a 9 to 36 V DC input.
