Premio BCO-3000-RPL Intel Core i9/i7/i5 14th Gen Fanless Box PC with Triple 2.5GbE, 4x COM and Isolated DIO

On a factory line or in a control cabinet, a fan is often the part that clogs or fails first, so a small fanless box PC with plenty of serial and digital I/O is a common choice for automation. The Premio BCO-3000-RPL is a fanless box PC for 35 W Intel Core processors with three 2.5GbE ports, four COM ports, isolated DIO and three display outputs.

An LGA1700 socket on the Intel Q670E chipset takes 14th Gen Core i3 to i9 T processors and 12th and 13th Gen TE processors, all at 35 W. Two DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB, and Intel UHD Graphics on the CPU drive two DisplayPort 1.4a outputs and one HDMI 1.4b output as three independent displays. The BCO-3000-RPL is also ready for an optional Hailo-8 AI module. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 and Linux supported.

Three Intel I226 2.5GbE ports sit beside six USB 3.2 Gen 2, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports, four DB9 COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232) and isolated digital I/O with eight inputs and eight outputs, plus audio. Storage is an M.2 M key socket for a PCIe x4 Gen3 NVMe SSD. An M.2 B key with a nano SIM socket takes an optional 4G or 5G module, and an M.2 E key takes an optional Wi-Fi module.

Power comes in on a 9 to 36 V DC 4-pin terminal block with AT or ATX power-on, and an AC/DC adapter is optional. The BCO-3000-RPL runs fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C and is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration. It is UL listed to UL 62368-1 with CE, FCC and UKCA marks. Wall mounting is standard and DIN rail mounting is optional. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, NVMe storage, any wireless modules and a Windows 11 or Linux image fitted.
