FCCRCO-6000-ADL-4P Overview
An inspection station with four cameras needs four power supplies or one PoE source, and the second option is far tidier inside a machine guard. The RCO-6000-ADL-4P is the 12th Gen Intel Core fanless rugged industrial computer with 4x RJ45 PoE GbE in the Premio RCO-6000-ADL series, and it is that PoE source.
Under the RCO-6000-ADL-4P sits an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, which takes 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3 to Core i9-13900E, plus Pentium G7400E and Celeron G6900E. Two DDR5 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 5600 MHz with ECC support, and Intel UHD Graphics drives DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens. Four camera streams on the RCO-6000-ADL-4P suit a Core i5 or i7, with an M.2 AI module available in the base B-key slot for heavier models.
One EDGEBoost I/O bracket on the RCO-6000-ADL-4P carries a four-port Intel I350 PoE module on RJ45, while the two onboard 2.5GbE ports handle the uplink and the second bracket stays free. The rest of the I/O is common to the range: two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.
Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a 5-pin terminal block with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the RCO-6000-ADL-4P fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, and lists CE and FCC Class A. For M12 connectors, the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 carries the same four PoE ports, and the RCO-6000-ADL-8P doubles the count to eight.
